Who can submit papers?
Researchers from academia, industry, government organizations, and research laboratories are invited to submit high-quality papers aligned with the conference themes.
What is the submission format?
Submitted papers must follow the IEEE conference template and remain within the prescribed page limit. All manuscripts must be written in English.
Is IEEE publication guaranteed?
All accepted papers that are registered by at least one author and presented during the conference will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Conference Proceedings. Inclusion in IEEE Xplore is subject to meeting IEEE quality standards and policies.
Can international authors participate online?
Details regarding presentation modes (in-person/hybrid) will be announced closer to the conference dates based on prevailing guidelines.
What is the registration process?
At least one author of an accepted paper must register. Registration details, fee structure, and payment instructions will be published soon on this website.
What is the plagiarism limit?
All papers will undergo rigorous plagiarism screening. Submissions must comply with IEEE plagiarism requirements. Papers not meeting originality standards will be rejected without review.
