Call for Papers
ICICDA'27 invites original and unpublished research papers describing innovative research contributions, practical applications, case studies, and industrial experiences in intelligent computing and data analytics. Paper Submission
Authors should submit their manuscripts electronically through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (Microsoft CMT).
- • be written in English
- • follow the conference template
- • contain original unpublished work
- • not be under review elsewhere
- • comply with IEEE formatting guidelines
- • satisfy plagiarism requirements
- • remain within the prescribed page limit
All papers will undergo plagiarism screening before entering the review process.
Review Process & Publication
Every submitted manuscript will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review conducted by at least three independent reviewers based on Originality, Novelty, Technical quality, Relevance, Experimental validation, Clarity, and Significance.
All accepted papers that are:
- Accepted after peer review
- Registered by at least one author
- Presented during the conference
will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Conference Proceedings.
The proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Papers meeting IEEE quality standards may be submitted for indexing in major bibliographic databases such as Scopus, EI Compendex, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, subject to IEEE indexing policies. Authors are expected to comply with IEEE publication ethics, plagiarism policies, and formatting guidelines.
