Manuscript Review and Publication

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a single-blind review process by three reviewers after being screened for a plagiarism check. All accepted, registered, and presented manuscripts will be published in a refereed SCOPUS Journal or in Conference Proceedings with an ISBN number.

Publication Ethics

ICICDA 2026 upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and research integrity. Submissions must adhere to the following principles:

• Originality and Plagiarism: Submissions must be original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism. Papers must not be published or under review elsewhere.
• Authorship: All listed authors must have contributed significantly, and conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
• Ethical Research: Research involving humans or animals must comply with ethical guidelines and approvals.
• Data Integrity: Data must be accurate, without fabrication or manipulation.
• Peer Review: The peer-review process must be respected, with strict adherence to confidentiality. A double-blind review system is enabled to ensure impartiality and fairness.
• Violations: Violations may lead to rejection, retraction, or further action. Submission implies adherence to these ethics.
